Doptyn Child Safety Standards

These standards describe how Doptyn — the Doptyn mobile application, a social network for gym and fitness enthusiasts — combats child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). They apply to everyone who uses Doptyn and to all content and conduct on the platform.

1. Doptyn is for adults only (18+)

Doptyn is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the App. We ask for date of birth at sign-up and prohibit anyone under 18 from registering. Accounts we identify as belonging to minors are removed. Doptyn is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow minors on the platform.

2. What is prohibited

The following are strictly prohibited on Doptyn and have no place on our platform:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any visual depiction (photos, videos, or computer-generated imagery) of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
• Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) — any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. This includes the grooming of a child for sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking of a child, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child.
• The sexualization of minors in any form, including text, imagery, comments, messages, or audio.
• Any attempt by an adult to contact, solicit, or arrange to meet a minor for sexual purposes.
• Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM anywhere on the platform — in posts, dops, stories, comments, profiles, or private messages.

These prohibitions are also reflected in Doptyn's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. How we prevent abuse

• Age restriction: a minimum age of 18, collected at sign-up, with removal of accounts found to belong to minors.
• User reporting: every profile, post, reel, story, comment, and conversation can be reported from within the App.
• Blocking: users can block any account, which immediately severs contact, follows, matches, and messaging in both directions.
• Moderation: we review reports of CSAE and CSAM and act on them, removing violating content and terminating offending accounts.
• Account termination: accounts that violate these standards are permanently banned.

4. How to report child safety concerns

If you encounter content or behavior that may sexually exploit or endanger a child, report it immediately. You can:

• Report inside the App: use the Report option available on any profile, post, reel, story, comment, or chat. Reports reach our team without leaving the App.
• Email us: childsafety@doptyn.com. We treat child safety reports as our highest priority.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement right away.

5. How we respond

When we obtain knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on Doptyn, we act in accordance with these standards and applicable law. We:

• Remove the violating content as quickly as possible;
• Permanently terminate the responsible account(s);
• Preserve relevant information as required by law; and
• Report apparent CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant local authorities such as those in India, where required.

6. Compliance with child safety laws

Doptyn is committed to complying with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where the App is available. Our standards are informed by recognized industry best practices, including the Tech Coalition's guidance for combating online child sexual exploitation and abuse.
