Doptyn Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement (EULA) between you and Doptyn ("Doptyn", "we", "us") governing your use of the Doptyn mobile application (the "App") — a social network for gym and fitness enthusiasts. By creating an account, signing in, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Doptyn.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Doptyn. By using the App you represent that you are 18 or older and able to enter into these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, the security of your login, and all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You may sign in by phone, email, Google, or Apple.

3. User-generated content

Doptyn lets you post photos, 60-second dops, 24-hour stories, transformations, captions, comments, messages, and profile information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content and grant Doptyn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it solely to operate and provide the App. You are responsible for the User Content you share and confirm you have the rights to share it.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

You agree not to post, send, or share content, or engage in conduct, that:

• is unlawful, harassing, bullying, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory;
• is sexually explicit or pornographic, or that exploits or endangers minors;
• is violent or graphic, or promotes self-harm or dangerous activities;
• is spam, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringes others' intellectual property or privacy;
• impersonates any person, or harvests or misuses other users' data;
• attempts to disrupt, overload, hack, or reverse-engineer the App.

There is no tolerance for this content or for abusive users.

5. Reporting, blocking, and moderation

Doptyn provides in-app tools to report objectionable content or users (from any post, dop, story, comment, or profile) and to block abusive users (from a user's profile). We review reports and act on objectionable content and abusive users — including removing content and suspending or ejecting offending users — and aim to address valid reports within 24 hours.

6. Termination and account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the App, or request deletion at doptyn.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doptyn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or from User Content.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice in the App. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
